Biography
Born in Oxfordshire, Sarah Spencer went on to study Sculpture at Loughborough School of Art and now is a professional artist living & working in Wales.
Sarah has worked in Special effects, illustration as well as taking on private & public commissions in Sculpture and painting.
Prices range from £100 for a small portrait. Sarah is happy to provide a free quotation for small & larger more complex works.
